With docu-style pieces, sometimes you just know. You arrive on location, you chat it up with your interview subjects, have a look around … and you instantly know there’s the potential for something special. Billy McCaffrey and his family gave us a warm and fuzzy feeling from the minute we first met. They care about what they do and it shows. We filmed with a small crew, blending in and letting Billy, his wife Mary, and the natural beauty of their farm dictate the pace of our story.
