Irene Yadao

An INFJ to the core, Irene avoids small talk and big crowds. All this to say she’s much more comfortable one-on-one, where she can learn as much about you as possible; where you grew up, what was the last thing that made you cry, what’s your rising sign, your hopes and fears. Fiercely empathetic, Irene is driven by the desire to understand people and the histories that make them who they are, and she finds joy in shaping stories that help people feel seen and understood. That’s why she so damn good at her job, overseeing all of the stories we bring to life here at p3 while keeping the team feeling really good. When she’s not making GANTT charts or cutting in the edit suite, she’s creating moody collages, attempting to write quirky art-punk songs on her electric bass, and working on films with her friends—including her longest-term collaborator of all, her twin sister.
