p3 Maine is a creative video agency located in downtown Portland, Maine. We are a small team of creative professionals dedicated to concepting, producing, executing, and delivering a range of high quality video content for our clients, typically for commercial purposes. We pride ourselves on taking our work seriously, but not ourselves. People come first, and we are seeking individuals who embody creativity, thoughtfulness, care, kindness, and humor.

Lead Designer
We are looking for an individual who blends creativity with design in dynamic and visually captivating ways. Someone who believes in their artistic talents just as much as their technical skills. Someone who sets high standards for quality and excellence in design, especially when it comes to integration with motion and video. This is a full time position for someone who can collaborate and work in-office with some flexibility for remote work. P3 offers competitive compensation and benefits package with flexible PTO to all its employees.
Who you are
- Ideally 3-5 years experience working in a creative professional setting within the field of media or design. However, we are more interested in your portfolio of work than your CV.
- Conceptual, passionate and thoughtful.
- Collaborative, organized and self motivated.
- Kind.
- Constantly on the lookout for creative solutions, approaches and styles.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Google Slides preferred (primarily proficient in other design platforms will not be deal breaker).
