You ever walk out of your local credit union and feel like a million bucks? No? Well you’ve never walked out of NH-based Service Credit Union with a pre-approved auto loan have you? I didn’t think so.

This concept was brought to us by our new friends at Blaze Partners, who wanted to bring this idea to life as the first in a campaign of confidence-inducing spots. What started with a red carpet and a step-and-repeat publicity banner ended up with flash bulbs, hood-mounted cameras, and an Escalade.

To heighten the fantasy vs. real world contrast, we used the new Atlas anamorphic lenses for the fantasy scene and glammed it up with some glimmer glass filters. What came next was just up to our superstar mob of extras, some fake cameras, and some great ad-libbing. Our principal character Becky, played by Samantha Valletta, basically stole the show, and didn’t have to do much acting to play her part.

It’s always a pleasure to work with new cast and crew, which we got to do on this shoot. Finally, big kudos to the Good Times Grip guys for safely adhering the camera to the picture car without incident. Not that we were worried.
